The Future Room Exhibition, data visualisation by Coca-Cola

Check out this data visualistation from Coca-Cola to celebrate their 125th anniversary. Created by the guys at Antilop, it’s called the “Future Room” concept, made specifically for the Turkish modern-art museum Santralistanbul. They transformed a section of the gallery into an impressive 90 square meter, 270-degree projection mapping installation.

This Arduino installation has eyeballs that watch as you walk by

29th December 2011 by Harrison Weber “All Eyes On You” is an installation created by Britzpetermann, a creative studio for interactive experiences. The piece is made up of a bunch of various eyeballs that follow you as you pass by. This project is powered by Arduino, a very popular open-source electronics prototyping platform based on flexible, easy-to-use hardware and software.

There’s projection mapping and there’s projection mapping… Then there’s this… Possibly the best interactive 3D projection mapping event I’ve seen to date. Sure, the visual experience isn’t as amazing as some of the others you’d have seen posted here, but I’m not just comparing that, I’m referencing the entire experience, and particularly the audience interactivity.

3D Projection Mapping Helps Chelsea Footballers Play Giant Space Invaders Game

Quintessential Productions used interactive technology and detection systems to build this large game of Space Invaders, which four members of the Chelsea Football Team tried out. 3D projection mapping displayed the aliens on a wall and the players had to kick footballs at them as they crept downwards.
